Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between the cloud plan and buying the source code?

With the cloud plan we run Electricity Billing for you on our servers and you pay monthly or yearly — nothing to install. With a source code license you pay once, receive the complete code, and can modify and run it wherever you like. We can deploy and host it for you too.

How do I pay with ZAAD, eDahab or EVC Plus?

At checkout choose your wallet and enter your number. You'll receive a payment prompt on your phone — enter your PIN to approve and your order is confirmed instantly. For Premier Wallet and bank transfer, you pay our merchant account and enter the transaction ID; we verify it within business hours.

Can I resell the system under my own brand?

Yes — the White-label License lets you remove our branding, rename the system and sell or host it for unlimited clients of your own. The Standard License is for use within one organisation.

How long does deployment take?

Cloud workspaces are typically ready the same day. Deployments to your server or our managed hosting are usually completed within 1–3 business days once we have server access. You can follow progress live in your portal.

Can my data be migrated from Excel or another system?

Yes. Choose the "Deployment + data migration" package or contact us for a quote — we import your existing records from Excel or your current system, then clean and validate them.
