License & service terms
1. Cloud subscriptions (SaaS)
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew when you pay for the next period. If a subscription is not renewed, the workspace becomes read-only after a short grace period and data is retained for 30 days before deletion. You own your data and can request an export at any time.
2. Standard source code license
You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify and deploy the software for the internal operations of one organisation (including its branches and subsidiaries). You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the source code. Updates and support are included for the period stated on your plan.
3. White-label source code license
In addition to the Standard license rights, you may remove SomDigital branding, rename the software and provide it — hosted or installed — to unlimited end clients of your own. You may not resell or publish the source code itself as a product to other developers.
4. Deployment & hosting services
Deployment services are delivered once server access and required information are provided. Managed hosting includes the uptime monitoring, backups and support listed on your plan and is billed per period.
5. Payments & refunds
Prices are in US dollars and payable via the mobile wallets and bank options shown at checkout. Because source code cannot be "returned", source code licenses are non-refundable once the download has been made available. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and are not refunded for partial periods.
